Novus makes sure that the process of communicating with your doctors and selecting the package that you desire is simple and short. Here is an example of how we work:

1. You contact us via email (info@mynovus.com) or phone (1.866.40.NOVUS) and describe the type of surgery that you are interested in

2. We send you a document called “Protocol”, which is an application that includes your information, desired procedures, services that you want included in your packages, medical information about yourself and questions that you want to ask your doctor. You fill it out completely and send it back to Novus via fax, email or website

3. Depending on the surgery that you are interested in, you might be required to take certain pictures and send them to the doctor’s email

4. We coordinate with the doctor and organize the tourism package according to your selections

5. We give you the price for your package, if you are interested, you pay and we sign a contract for our services

6. You relax and forget about everything else, we Hill coordinate every aspect of your trip and surgery.
