Will I be
safe/secure arriving alone to Cali?
Novus coordinates your package
in a way that you feel at home. When arriving to Cali
Novus’ driver and our Operations Manager will be waiting
for you at the airport and will drive you safely to the

comfortably installed. Within Cali you will be transported
in Novus’ vehicles and will be accompanied by our

complementary treatments. Also, if you want to visit
touristic sites or have a shopping tour, you will be well

Is it necessary to
travel with a companion?
Novus offers the option of
traveling with a companion when quoting your Medical
Tourism Package, however for an appropriate recovery the
companion's collaboration is fundamental and should leave
in hands of Novus and its specialists the carried out
procedure and the post operation treatments, if your
companion generates tranquility and encourages you to have
a quick and effective recovery, decide to travel with him,
otherwise leave everything in hands of Novus, we offer you
the service of experienced and highly qualified nurses who
work directed by your assigned doctor. Remember that the
price of your package will increase when traveling with a
companion (lodging, feeding, air and terrestrial transport

What is the minimum
time of recovery for a Plastic Surgery?
The time of recovery after a
plastic surgery varies depending one every specific case,
however it is very important to consider the time that the
doctor recommends for each procedure, for example the
minimum time of recovery for a liposuction is 10 days,
while for a tummy tuck the minimum time of recovery is
between 2 and 3 weeks. Novus offers you the Medical
tourism package only if you can stay in Cali the time your
doctor decides is required for your recovery; to restart
your activities you should have followed all medical
indications and the time of recovery is one of the most
important.
Could the Medical
Tourism package cost $2000?

Can I have more
than one plastic surgery done during one intervention?

decides which and how many procedures can be done in only
one intervention, but is very important to send all the
requested information (pictures, filled out form, etc.) so
that the surgeon, after analyzing it, decides which
procedures can be done in only one surgery.
Is it necessary to
lose weight before having a plastic surgery?
The information you write down
in the form and the pictures attached allows the surgeon
to have a clear view of your health condition,
expectations and needs. Once he/she has the complete
information he/she will decide if its necessary to lose
weight, remember that each case is particular and there
are no definitive decisions, however it is very important
to have a change in your nutritional and exercise habits
after the surgery. To help you complete such an objective,
Novus offers the possibility to have an appointment with a
Nutritionist and a physical Coach that will outline a
proposal for you to follow from that same moment. Keep in
mind that the Liposuction is a procedure to sculpture your
body and not to lose weight.
Can I have the
price of a dental treatment having only with the
information consigned in the protocol?
For the dentist to be able to
outline the dental treatment proposal you need it is
important for him to have your dental panoramic x-ray at
least. If this information can be more detailed by
including a report of your personal dentist there will be
more accuracy in the proposal he outlines and will include
all the treatments you require. If the information you
provide in the protocol is not very accurate, when
arriving to Cali the dentist might encounter problems he
